Charlie joined CORE as an Associate Broker and is based in our Hallowell office. A native of Central Maine, he brings a rich background in finance and banking to the team.

Before his current role, Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Thomas College and was then selected for a prestigious management development program at a leading Maine bank. There, he gained in-depth experience in bank finance, working his way up to an analyst position on the commercial credit underwriting team. He played a key role in underwriting both new and existing commercial real estate and commercial & industrial loans.

Outside of work, Charlie is passionate about automotive projects, enjoys golfing across Maine, and values spending time with friends and family at the lake.
