We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations for a Southern Maine commercial portfolio. This role is responsible for day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, financial oversight, and vendor management.

CORE is expanding its team of talented investment sales and leasing advisors. Experienced brokers are the glue that holds the team together. They are involved in every stage of a transaction, including business development, relationship management, negotiating the sales and leasing of properties, as well as coordinating with the marketing department to prepare marketing materials. While candidates will have the ability to service our existing relationships, the ideal candidate should have multiple existing relationships and be comfortable establishing new relationships.
