Chip Lawrence is the Sales Operations Manager and Corporate Pilot at CORE, Northern New England's largest full-service commercial real estate firm. Chip joined the team in 2025, bringing a background in both technology and aviation. In his role, he focuses on building efficiencies into CORE's customer-facing services and integrating data seamlessly across the firm's verticals.

Before joining CORE, Chip spent seven years as a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot and went on to manage hardware and wi-fi systems for Aspect Communications and Witness Systems. He holds a BS in Aviation Business Administration and Airline Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Outside of work, Chip has shared his passion for aviation by teaching flying throughout Maine.
