In his role, he collaborates with senior brokers to structure deals, conducts market research to evaluate site potential, and supports client outreach in the life sciences and medical office sectors.

Before joining CORE, Clay worked as a Field Technician at Spectrum in Maine, where he built strong client communication and problem-solving skills that translate directly into his work in real estate.
