Dajana Derman is an Executive Vice President at CORE where she leads the operations and management team. Since joining the organization in 2023, Dajana’s exceptional interpersonal and communication skills have made her adept at building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Prior to her role at CORE, Dajana worked as a consultant in accounting, account restructuring, forensic accounting, and accounting support for bankruptcy cases. She has served as an interim CFO, controller, and outsourced accountant.

Dajana was born and raised in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in leadership and organizational studies from the University of Southern Maine. She is fluent in English, Bosnian, Serbian, and Croatian. In her free time, Dajana finds joy in exploring the great outdoors, such as camping, canoeing, and skiing. She has a passion for traveling and immersing herself in diverse cultures.
