Josh Soley is the President of CORE. He founded the firm in 2017 and by 2024 it had made more than $1 billion in sales. Today, CORE is the largest integrated commercial real estate firm in Northern New England. Josh is a leader in investment sales and has facilitated high-profile transactions in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Maryland, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida—totaling more than $750 million in sales and leases.

CoStar has twice honored Josh as a Power Broker (2021, 2024) for topping the industry in sales. In 2022, he was named on the Mainebiz “40 Under 40” list of dynamic individuals changing Maine’s economy. Josh sits on the boards of several non-profit organizations including Maine Real Estate Development Association (MEREDA) and Greater Portland Pier Services. Josh has a bachelor's degree in international relations from Syracuse University.
