Lance is a Property Manager at CORE, based out of the firm's Hallowell office. Lance joined CORE in October 2025, bringing decades of experience in both residential and commercial property management across the United States before returning to his home state of Maine.

In his role, Lance oversees 16 accounts spanning a wide geographic range, from Hallowell to properties in Farmington, Lewiston, and Rockland. His broad experience and familiarity with the region make him well-suited to managing the scale and variety of CORE's Central Maine portfolio.
