As Vice President of CORE, Ryan has played a pivotal role in brokering some of Maine’s most high-profile hospitality sales. Alongside his brokerage work, Ryan owns and operates a collection of boutique hotels across New England, allowing him to offer clients firsthand insight into the hospitality industry. His extensive expertise spans beyond hospitality, as he has successfully completed transactions in asset classes including industrial, office, and retail throughout the Northeast.

Ryan splits his time between Maine and Ireland, where he recently married. He graduated from Hobart College in New York with a BA in Economics and serves on the board of St. Thomas School in Sanford. A passionate surfer, Ryan also enjoys exploring new languages in his free time.
