Seamus is an Associate Broker at CORE. Seamus first interned at CORE in the summer of 2023 and is now a licensed Associate Broker.

Before joining CORE, Seamus gained hands-on real estate experience as a Business Development Associate at Remington Street Properties, a commercial property firm investing in classic New England buildings and communities. In that role, he developed skills in pro forma analysis, cold calling, and vendor management, while being mentored in investment value creation.

Seamus is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sales with a minor in Finance at High Point University.
