Stephanie is the General Counsel at CORE. She joined CORE in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of legal experience in Maine across real estate, small business representation, and corporate operations.

Before joining CORE, Stephanie served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Preservation Management, Inc., a national affordable housing and property management company operating in 17 states, where she managed all legal functions, oversaw litigation and corporate compliance, and directed HR and insurance operations.

A Maine native, Stephanie grew up in Winthrop and earned her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law and lives in Portland with her family.
