Old Port Lingerie Retailer Adds Falmouth Store
October 5, 2026
A Portland lingerie retailer picked Falmouth for its second location.
Aristelle leased a 1,180-square-foot space at the Shops at Falmouth Square at the Wyeth, a mixed-use residential and retail development at 267 U.S. Route 1. The store opened Sept. 25.
Josh Soley of CORE represented Aristelle in the lease transaction. Jack Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers represented the Shops at Falmouth Square LLC.
Aristelle owner Ashley Tucci “delivers an impressive product and this expansion into Falmouth is only going to build on her success,” said Soley.
Established in Portland’s Old Port in 2014, the bra and lingerie retailer, at 92 Exchange St., has served more than 20,000 women.
Tucci, a Maine native, acquired Aristelle in 2019 after working in software and financial-services sales across New England and New York, according to a news release.
During the pandemic, Tucci responded by showing up on Instagram, launching a weekly newsletter and building a community around the brand.
“Once we reopened the physical store, those first couple of years brought all this pent-up consumer demand,” Tucci said. “After that point, it was off to the races. We’ve just grown, grown, grown.”
The concept includes specialized fitting program that combines technical fit expertise with customer education.
“We’re not going to solve every challenge women face, but we can make a difference in how women feel about themselves, and that is something I take very seriously,” Tucci said. “We don’t go for size; we go for fit.”
The store has won top lingerie industry awards for marketing and concept.
The second location is in Falmouth’s Route 1 retail corridor, near food, wellness and specialty retail businesses. Tucci said other women-led businesses in and around the Shops at Falmouth Square include Café Luna, La Marchande, Josephine and Meg and Co.
